Halloween is the ONE day of the year where unbelievers will literally come knocking on our door. What an incredible opportunity to show them the love of Jesus! Rather than sitting back and waiting for people to come to us, let’s be a church that follows the example of Jesus in pursuing people. God has strategically placed YOU in your neighborhood for a purpose—to build relationships and share Christ’s love with the people around you. So this Halloween, we want to encourage you and your family to rethink Halloween and LIGHT THE NIGHT. Kids and their parents will be coming by in costumes and asking for candy. Let’s use this opportunity to make an impact! Get together with your small group or people from your adult Sunday school class, or simply decide as a family that you want to participate in this incredible outreach opportunity.
